Abstract

The research aimed to identify psychological immunity among people with visual disabilities and its relationship to some variables (gender, degree of injury, time of injury). The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, as the research sample reached (60) people with visual disabilities, including (30) males and (30) females. They were selected by random sampling, The researcher also used a psychological immunity scale that he prepared after reviewing previous studies, and then the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Spss) program. The research reached the following results: The research reached the following results: The general characteristic of psychological immunity among people with visual impairment in the National Union for the Visually Impaired is high. There are significant differences in the psychological immunity of people with visual impairment depending on the degree of injury. There are no significant differences in psychological immunity among people with visual impairment depending on the time of injury Through the results of the research, the researcher presented recommendations, the most important of which is strengthening psychological immunity by implementing programs that work to strengthen psychological immunity among the visually impaired.
